This is the Kitchen. It is in White, with cream doors & Yellow & blue tiles & has a wood effect lino floor laid. We decorated this room about 2 years ago & just touch it up now & again to keep it clean. The dimensions are 15.5 X 6.5 ft aporx with a new PVC door which leads to the enclosed brick outhouse & WC. It is small but there is permission to convert the outhouse into a kitchen extension because it is already enclosed. This would be quite easy to do & not that expensive. We were quoted £2.500 about a year ago for this to be done but did not get round to it. Electric cooker, Dishwasher & Washing machine points all here & also a large cupboard which is good for storage or to put a fridge freezer in as it has a power point.
Outhouse & WC
The outhouse is currently used as a a utility room. The dimensions are aprox 9.5 ft X 8 ft. There is full electricity out here & a WC. There is also a second PVC door which leads out to the garden. Ideal for a conversion.
